JaRi Corporation was incorporated in September 1949 and is the original name for what later became Amway Corporation. The name is a contraction of the names of it's founders, Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos. Originally a distributorship with California Vitamin Company and later Nutrilite, JaRi Corporation is also the initial upline of all Amway lines of sponsorship. The business reportedly consists of at least ten legs, including the following.

Leg 1

At the start of leg 1 is Emerald Walter Bass (This business was later sold to Skip & Susan Ross). The leg includes well known North American businesses such as Fred & Bernice Hansen, Joe & Helyne Victor, Jere & Eileen Dutt, Charlie & Elsie Marsh, Dexter & Birdie Yager, Tim Foley and Bill Britt.
