Criminal History
So you don't think that a persons criminal history (convicted of stealing suits from Nordstroms) is relevant to a persons ability to mentor and coach others in their Amway business? - Not when it's nearly 2 decades ago and not at any time he would have been "mentoring", no. Heck, I don't even think we should be naming Emeralds and below here.
