Qualified Diamonds and above who personally or fosterregister 7 or more in-market groups, each of which qualifies at the highest Performance Bonus Level for at least 6 months of a given fiscal year, receive a Diamond Plus Bonus at the end of each fiscal year. Disbursements from the Diamond Plus Bonus fund are made in accordance with the Diamond Plus Bonus Schedule.
In the event that disbursements based on the schedule would leave a surplus in the fund – or exceed the total available in the fund – then all payments would be increased or decreased on a pro rata basis until the total disbursement equaled the available funds.
