Previously he is a doctor in China. Then migrated to Australia and be a chief. After that been joint Amway and became the first Asian Diamond in Australia (1989). When China market open in 1995, he lead more than 100 people went back to China. Now his group got more than 300 Diamonds and 4 Crown Ambassador.
