Phil and Lisa Smart started their Amway business in April 1987. They reached the Diamond level in June 1990 (taking 3 years). Phil and Lisa divorced in the late 1990s. Phil has been working in a private business in Queensland whilst Lisa has continued to work the Amway side of things. They live in Queensland and are part of the McKenna LOS.
