Founders Achievement Awards

This program was initiated in 1991 by Amway's Co-Founders, Jan Van Andel and Rich Devos. These annual discretional cash awards are presented to Diamond IBO's who demonstrate extraordinary business development and exhibit high ethical and business standards.

During FY 97 the corporation introduced the FDSA; Founders Distinguished Service Award for Diamond IBO's who earn 40+ FAA points.

• 1.0 FAA points = 12-Month leg
• 1.5 FAA points = Emerald Bonus leg
• 3.0 FAA points = Diamond Bonus leg

International: (only one per market)

• 1.0 FAA points = your #2 12-Month business
• 1.5 FAA points = your #2 Emerald Bonus business
• 3.0 FAA points = your #2 Diamond Bonus business
• 0.5 FAA points = other 12-Month leg

Since 2001, FAA points were also recognized for qualifications of Founders Diamond and above, and encourage leaders to develop leaders in depth.

• Founders Diamond is someone with 6 legs at Silver Producer or above for 12 months of the year. This pin can also be achieved with 8 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Executive Diamond is someone with 9 legs at Silver Producer or above for 6 months of the year or more. This pin can also be achieved with 10 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Founders Executive Diamond is someone with 9 legs at Silver Producer or above for 12 months of the year. This pin can also be achieved with 12 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Double Diamond is someone with 12 legs atSilver Producer or above for 6 months of the year or more. This pin can also be achieved with 14 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Founders Double Diamond is someone with 12 legs at Silver Producer or above for 12 months of the year. This pin can also be achieved with 16 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Triple Diamond is someone with 15 legs at Silver Producer or above for 6 months of the year or more. This pin can also be achieved with 18 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Founders Triple Diamond is someone with 15 legs at Silver Producer or above for 12 months of the year. This pin can also be achieved with 20 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Crown is someone with 18 legs at Silver Producer or above for 6 months of the year or more. This pin can also be achieved with 22 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Founders Crown is someone with 18 legs at Silver Producer or above for 12 months of the year. This pin can also be achieved with 25 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Crown Ambassador is someone with 20 legs at Silver Producer or above for 6 months of the year or more. This pin can also be achieved with 27 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Founders Crown Ambassador is someone with 20 legs at Silver Producer or above for 12 months of the year. This pin can also be achieved with 30 FAA points and Diamond qualification.

• Founders Distinguished Service Award is someone who is a qualified Crown Ambassador with 40+ FAA points. Higher Founders Distinguished Service Awards and pins are awarded in increments of 5 and 10 FAA points, respectively.
