In 1998, Ted Fish and another Diamond, Andy Andrews, were sued by a group of distributors for breach of contract in speaking engagements.[1]. In his deposition Ted Fish revealed that Diamond speaking engagements had no set fee and he had been paid from nothing to approximately $10,000 to speak at seminars, including Weekend Seminars, for other Diamonds.[2]
