This project allows all IBOs have a single business in any CLOS country and sponsor prospects of any CLOS country.
International sponsoring is not allowed within CLOS region beginning with:
- 1 January 2005 for Turkey
- 4 May 2010 for Baltic States
- 31 August 2003 for the rest
