Team 21

The pipeline is a Network TwentyOne concept. The "traditional" method of sponsoring is that I sponsor my friends, and they sponsor their friends, etc. In Network 21, we build our teams VERTICALLY. If I have two friends, I sponsor only one directly. I then get him to sponsor the other one. Friend #1 may then get Friend #2 to sponsor HIS friend. Meanwhile, I may have persuaded a third friend to join the business and will sign him up under him. If you belong to the team, anyone YOU find gets sponsored by the LAST person who joined the team. I continue the process until the team is about 10 "deep" from me - and THEN I start on my next team, by sponsoring somebody personally. 10 deep, then start again.
