I'm not sure with this LOA, even I added it here. Here is website, but looks like unofficial http://lideresnet.blogspot.com/ I'm not found all affiliated diamonds. I'm found only two on this website. I believe this people from Tim Foley LOS are only little affiliated with Foley and Dexter Yager. Their CD from seminars are sold in Spanish speaking group in El Salvador and other countries.
