Leaders: Dr. Peter & Eva Müller-Meerkatz
Countries: Germany
Notes: none

In 1976 Dr. Peter & Eva Muller-Meerkatz began building their network together with their American partner. In the course of eight years, their turnover grew from zero to 180 million DM.

Today their network stretches across Europe, including many former Eastern Block countries. The consolidated turnover of 1997 was 1 billion DM, managed from a small Swabian village.

In 1982 Dr. Muller-Meerkatz founded an Austrian holding company and built a seminar centre in the Tirolian mountains. To December 1989 more than 200,000 people attended such seminars. In the beginning of the nineties the seminars were transferred to Southern Bavaria. Ruhpolding developed to an international seminar centre with simultaneous translations into more than five languages.

In 1993 Dr. Peter & Eva Muller-Meerkatz registered a travel agency in their name, initiated by a Trans-Atlantic trip. The turnover in the first year was 12,25 million DM. Joint travels are part of the WWD network culture and today form an important part of the WWD system.[1]
