Amway Compensation Plan For Major Pins (Australia 2012) Explained
For all examples, we are using a simple PV/BV ratio of 1PV=3BV
On each pin, we explain a worst case scenario. In the Platinum example, we have also included a best case scenario. We have also used a condition that all frontline IBO's achieve at least a 100PV volume, and therefore recieve a bonus. Furthremore, with each example that requires a 21% leg to only be qualified for a minimum 6 months, we use a drop to a 18% level for the other 6. Once more, this is an example only, and this would obviously be different on the real world.
Furthermore, to continue with our conservative estimates, we will not include One Time Cash Awards (OTCA's) that are offered for the initial qualification for the first time in reaching a major pin level.
Q6 Platinum (Minimum Platinum Qualification)
The minimum qualification for a platinum IBO is 6 months of 12 within a fiscal year at the 7500PV level with a minimum of 2 legs of in country business. If qualifiying with a 21% downline leg, at least 3250PV must be in a second lg to qualify. EG: If you have 1 leg at 10000PV, you must still have at least one more leg at 3250PV or above to qualify for Platinum. Wihout this, you would only be able to achieve the Silver Producer pin.
Therefore the minimum income would be as follows:
1 x leg @7500PV = 0% differential of 22500 BV = $0 1 x leg @3250PV = 6% differnetial of 9750 BV = $585
