Usage

TIF = Team in Focus was a collection of Diamonds, Bo Short, Andy Andrews and others. Some resigned and others were terminated for violating rules centering around improperly marketing tools to IBOs. Bo went on to start a competitive MLM called Passport, failed, then he joined another MLM which was absorbed into another MLM. Bo has been a critic of Amway and Quixtar.

Andy Andrews went back to what he did best, writing, speaking and television appearances, he is a good example of a leader who left Quixtar, didn’t complain about it but instead got on with his life. He’s a class act in my book.
