The North American Founders Council (NAFC) is composed of the U.S. and Canadian Independent Business Owners (IBOs) who have the largest businesses, each with 20 FAA points or more. NAFC meets periodically to provide feedback and insights to the company.

The current Founders Council members are:

1993 Crown - Paul & Leslie Miller
2002 Founders Triple Diamond - Brad & Julie Duncan
