The North American Founders Council (NAFC) is composed of the U.S. and Canadian Independent Business Owners (IBOs) who have the largest businesses, each with 20 FAA points or more. NAFC meets periodically to provide feedback and insights to the company.
The current Founders Council members are:

- 2007 Founders Crown Ambassador 45 FAA - Jim & Nancy Dornan
- 2004 100plus Founders Crown Ambassador 40 FAA - Bill & Peggy Britt

- 2008 Crown - Brad & Julie Duncan
- 1993 Crown - Paul & Leslie Miller
