Liu Te Pei is the eldest son of Barry Chi & Holly Chen. He started his business in 1991. He went Diamond in 2000 and EDC in 2004 and Double Diamond 2008. As of 2007, he qualified Emerald in the United States. He is also a Triple Diamond in China.
