The Heads are Executive Diamonds affiliated with WWDB. Jim used to be a rock musician and worked in the mobile home business. They went Emerald in 1983 and Diamond in 1984. Head frequently mentions a tape cut by Bill Britt, Size of the Fight in the Dog, for getting him started in Amway.
