Enosh began his Amway business as a University student. After graduation, he chose to develop the business because he believed that this is where he can practice his entrepreneurship and leadership.
"There’s a great difference between Amway and the kind of jobs my college friends had in mind. Traditional jobs sometimes only seem to give you pressure, while in Amway you can enjoy a business that inspires and motivates you. Similarly, in traditional jobs you will be castigated if you don’t reach your targets, but in Amway the reward system serves to motivate you more.
This is a business in which it’s hard to lose, and at the same time you can help others to win. That’s why it gives me so much pleasure."
