To qualify as a Diamond an IBO must have 6 legs (3 must be in market) qualify at the Silver Producer level for at least 6 months within the Amway Fiscal Year.

According to www.thisbiznow.com, the average bonus and cash payments earned by a Diamond IBO in 2005 in the North American market was $146,995.[1]

There were reportedly more than 4000 qualifying Diamonds in Amway globally in 2005.
