Grandfather was Walter Bass, one of the original Amway IBOs. One leg, downline of grew enormously, including Marsh/Britt/Yager and others. Finally qualified Emerald in the 80s, and passed away in the 90s. Deb's mother inherited the business and struggled to maintain the additional 2 legs, which did not participate in a system. The business was sold to Skip & Susan Ross. In recent times, she has come to a more favourable view of Amway. [1]
