In 2009 Cheryl Rhodes and her husband Kerry Murphy launched a class action lawsuit against Amway Canada.
The lawsuit failed, with not a single other person joining the action and Cheryl Rhodes herself also withdrawing.
The court ruled that any issues they had could be handled through Amway's arbitration system.
In August of 2010, Cheryl Rhodes launched a website "Married to an Ambot" under the name Anna Banana.
The blog uses extremely course language and happily promotes death threats against IBOs.
