Robert was an engineer & banker who worked in several companies in Sydney before he was hired by a famous private bank in Indonesia. Getting this job was a major accomplishment for him and what he always wanted. His career moved very fast. His last position before he resigned to run his Amway business fulltime (1994) was AVP. He admits that sometimes he doubted his decision to build the Amway business. However, everything changed after he went to a Network 21 function. Ranti was impressed with the products but not with the business, until she met Robert. Still unaware of his achievement in building his Amway business, Ranti saw Robert as a decent, polite, very down to earth and a kind young man who had the courage to fight and work hard to earn his own life. After their wedding in 1996, they built their business together and stronger. They are now members of the Amway Founders Council. They have a huge business, they made their legacy but they think this is just a beginning.
