Quixtnet99, we have the complete listings of Amagram/Achieve recongitions for North America since Lennon & Suzanne Ledbetter were recognized as Double Diamond and they have never been recognized as Crown, let alone Founders Crown. If they've qualified at this level in some other country, please clarify. Alternatively, if we've missed something since the 98/99 Double Diamond, let me know. Otherwise, without evidence to the contrary, they're not Crown. --IBOFightback 05:05, 6 February 2008 (CST)

Yes, Ledbetter are not crown. On the End its allways Quixtar/Amway who makes the Recognitions!
Like Rudolf from Germany, who has Crown Volume but not enoth people in his new leg, still is Triple. Or Attilah from Hungary has Crown Ambassador Volume but Amway dod not recognise him till his crown Pin in 2005 becouse of some dispute about his way of building the business (BSM) od like Beverly from WA, hwo is not CA, still Crown becouse of similar reasons!
The Rewards of Football: Recognition, Income, Lifestyle, and Being Part of a Team

Ask Lennon Ledbetter, star athlete, what he sought in his football career, and he replies without hesitation: "Recognition, income, lifestyle, and being part of a team."

Lennon had been in the sports spotlight since childhood. He played on an undefeated junior high football team. In high school, he set pass-receiving records that earned him All-State and All-American honors, and his team won the regional championship. Not surprisingly, Lennon was recruited nationally.

The fleet wide receiver decided to play for Brigham Young University; his team won its conference championship all four years. But the highlight of his college years had little to do with athletics. At BYU Lennon met and married Suzanne, a fashion merchandising major from Canada, who graduated cum laude.

The Rewards of TeamBuilders: Recognition, Income, Lifestyle, and Being Part of a Team

Lennon's brother and sister-in-law, Rob and Katie, and his parents, Curtis and Virginia (all also featured in Leadership Profiles), encouraged Lennon and Suzanne to think about Private Franchising. Despite the demands of Lennon recalls, "My parents convinced us to attend all functions, knowing they would expand our vision of networking. When we attended our first major function, we realized TeamBuilders could bring us all the rewards I had sought with sports-recognition, income, lifestyle, and being part of a team."

The discovery convinced young Lennon to bypass football, teaching, and coaching and, instead, to opt for a Private Franchising career. Good choice. Then for Lennon and Suzanne it was forward to Double Diamond, never negotiating the price of being winners.

Their Winning Attitude

"Of course we faced many obstacles," remembers Suzanne. "But if you keep finding reasons why you might not succeed, then you won't. It's that simple."

So Lennon and Suzanne tuned out all the negatives and focused on the positives. Sharing such winning attitudes, coupled with their incredible work ethic, the Ledbetters have built a phenomenal team and enjoyed great success. They have a championship lifestyle: they are full-time parents to their three young children; they have time to go places and build the business with Curtis and Virginia and Rob and Katie; they have resources to make significant contributions to church and charities; they have a majestic dream home and luxury automobiles; and they take vacations in Europe, Africa, Israel, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and at their lake home in Canada.

"It became even clearer to us how wonderful this business is," says Suzanne, "when we spent a spiritually uplifting vacation in Israel, where we walked some of the paths that Jesus walked. It was a time of reflection and gratitude. We knew we had become teachers and coaches, after all, because our team continued to grow while we were away!"

Lennon and Suzanne have always believed they would succeed with their business, and they continue to set the pace for their team. "I can't even imagine life without this business," says Lennon. "If you knew what we know, you'd do what we do!"

The Divorce

The Ledbetters are now seperated. Lennon had another wife and the family did not encourage it, especially Suzzane. Lennon and sSuzzane stayed away until Suzzane finally to the case to court. Suzzane won the the court case and took Lennon's business. Now Lennon is getting a divorce and will have to wait until 2011 to enter another MLM. If he does not wait, Amway will sue Lennon for US$15,000,000.

TeamBuilders is headed up by Double Diamonds Curtis Ledbetter, Rob & Katie Ledbetter, and Suzanne Ledbetter. The Ledbetters work closely with Jody & Kathy Victor. Jody's father & mother, Joe & Helen Victor were one of the original founding members of the AWA Board. The Ledbetters helped create the largest deaf community of IBO's, and a large Spanish organization. The Ledbetters also have businesses in at least 12 countries, including The Phillipines, South Africa, & India. Lennon Ledbetter is known throughout the world as an outstanding speaker, & is regularly sought after to speak for many organizations. The Ledbetters are outstanding role-models & are continually in the pursuit of helping others in & out of the business.

Leveraging Time

"We'll have to build this business with the little amount of time we have," Dr. Curtis Ledbetter declared, after seeing the TeamBuilders opportunity. What time? He was serving as a university professor, an evening instructor, a church councilman, a precinct chairman for a political party, a liaison officer for the U.S. Air Force Academy, a football official, a junior league football coach, and a chaplain of the Utah Air National Guard. Virginia was teaching elementary school and directing the church choir. Together they were supporting the varied activities of their children.

"Even with all the things we were doing," Dr. Ledbetter admits, "we were still broke. That's why the time leveraging principle appealed to me. As our business began to grow, we started giving more time to it, and within seven months we went Silver."

The Ledbetter Family

Curtis and Virginia's son, Rob, leveraged his time, too. The Ledbetter's TeamBuilders business financed Rob's college education; he graduated summa cum laude and received a scholarship to law school. There two important events occurred: Rob met and married Katie, and he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Rob then practiced law a few years-long enough to know a law career was not going to bring the lifestyle he wanted for his family. "As a lawyer, I traded time for dollars. There was a limit on my income because there were only so many hours a day and so many days a week I could work," says Rob.

Rob and Katie merged forces with Curtis and Virginia. Their combined efforts propelled the Ledbetter family business into a worldwide Diamondship. Curtis and Virginia's other son and daughter-in-law, Lennon and Suzanne (also featured in Leadership Profiles), also forged a Diamondship.

"I'm grateful Curtis was able to leverage his time through Private Franchising," states Virginia. "I don't know how long he could have kept up all those jobs. We're very thankful that there's no longer any need for him to try!" Katie adds, "As a lawyer Rob made a great income, but he was so busy at the office that we never had time to enjoy it!"

The Return on the Investment

Curtis sums it up, "Time leveraging is the key. Every minute that we put into building this business has come back to us in multiples." The entire family agrees. They'll tell you that their vision of TeamBuilders has expanded over the years. They now view TeamBuilders as the primary vehicle for financial growth and stability. "It is absolutely thrilling for Curtis and me, Rob and Katie, and Lennon and Suzanne to be working together so closely," exclaims Virginia. "We have been able to provide fabulous, secure lifestyles for our families. We've developed the freedom to pursue the truly important things in life. We thank God every day for bringing this opportunity to us."

}} Our Mission Statement: Building a legacy of faith, hope, and freedom. Strengthening families, developing leaders and building teams with the vision to dream, courage to struggle, and persistence to victory!

Our Motto: We build teams. We live dreams!

TeamBuilders is headed up by Double Diamonds Curtis Ledbetter, Rob & Katie Ledbetter, Lennon Ledbetter and Suzanne Ledbetter.

In South Korea, the combined sales of 82 local multi-level marketing companies amounted to 3.81 trillion won with 5.93 million people registered as sales staff of those firms in that Amway Korea, South Korea's largest multilevel marketing company affiliated with Amway of the United States, accounted for 30.8 percent of the total sales and 20 percent of the sales staff.
Amway Korea, leader of the Korea Direct Selling Association, applied to be a Foreign Investment Corporation in 1987 and received approval in 1988. Today it uses a backup and disaster recovery solution based on Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows. As electronic commerce depend heavily on servers to process sales, it is essential to develop a sound disaster recovery strategy to continue delivering customer service even when disaster strikes.

The Crown Ambassador pin was created in 1977 as IBO achievements grew. Crown Ambassador qualification requires either:

* To qualify as a Crown Ambassador a qualified Platinum must have 20 legs (3 must be in market), each of which qualifies at the Silver Producer level for at least 6 months of the fiscal year.
or
* Attain Diamond qualification for 6 months of the fiscal year (6 legs must be in market), and generate at least 27 FAA credits during the fiscal year.

History:
When the pin was first introduced, it required 20 legs each with a Direct Distributor in the dowline. At that time, a Direct Distributor was a distributor who had 3 consecutive months with 7,500 PV. Crown qualification only required 20 legs that acheived 25% for one month. The OTCA payment for Crown Ambassador at the time of introduction was $20,000.

In 1980, it was announced that Crown Ambassador would be raised to 25 legs, each with a Direct Distributor in the dowline. This change created an issue where some distributors achieved the 20 legs in 1980 but not the new 25 leg requirement and so missed out on getting Crown Ambassador status. The OTCA payment for Crown Ambassador in 1980 was increased to $50,000.

In 1982, it was announced that Crown Ambassador would be changed again to be 22 legs who qualify at the 25% level for 6 months in the fiscal year. The OTCA payment for Crown Ambassador in 1982 was $50,000.

In 1983, it was announced that Crown Ambassador would be changed again to be 20 legs who qualify at the 25% level for 6 months in the fiscal year.

In 2000, the OTCA payment for Crown Ambassador was $150,000. One year later it was increased to $168,000.

In 2002, it was announced that Crown Ambassador qualification could also be achieved by being qualified with 6 in-markets legs and 27 FAA points.
A level of Founders Crown Ambassador was introduced in North America and in other countries, which required 20 Q12 legs or attaining Diamond qualification (6 in-market Q6 legs) and 30 FAA points. Previously, a Founders Crown Ambassador pin was introduced in Japan in 1998 and even before (in 1995), this qualification existed in Taiwan, where it was called Q12 Crown Ambassador.

All IBO's who qualify at the Crown Ambassador level with at least 20 FAA points are invited to particpate in the Founders Council.

The FAA points system was introduced in 1991 by Rich DeVos and Jay Van Andel. Up until 2002, these FAA points merely accounted for bonuses but no pin levels.
