Amway/Quixtar Professional Development Programs(PDPs) were developed by successful Amway and Quixtar entrepreneurs to educate, inspire, and motivate IBO's involved with the Quixtar and Amway business opportunity.

PDPs are often referred to as "the System" by IBOs. Many successful IBOs who are part of PDPs consider them essential to developing a profitable Amway business. Critics of these Business Support Systems often refer to them as AMOs or Amway Motivational Organizations
