Robert was an engineer & banker who worked in several companies in Sydney before he was hired by a famous private bank in Indonesia. Getting this job was a major accomplishment for him and what he always wanted. His career moved very fast. His last position before he resigned to run his Amway business fulltime (1994) was AVP. He admits that sometimes he doubted his decision to build the Amway business. However, everything changed after he went to a Network 21 function. Now he has a huge business, he made his legacy but he thinks this is just a beginning.
