Disputes & Controversies

In 1998, Ted Fish and another Diamond, Andy Andrews, were sued by a group of distributors for breach of contract in speaking engagements.[1]. In his deposition Ted Fish revealed that Diamond speaking engagements had no set fee and he had been paid from nothing to approximately $10,000 to speak at seminars, including Weekend Seminars, for other Diamonds.[2]

In 2007, following the termination of various TEAM leaders, Ted Fish & Tyler Libby filed a request for a temporary restraining order against Quixtar. Quixtar responded with counter-claims. The case was sent to informal concilation, after which Ted Fish was removed from the case (with prejudice).
